One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

This is your user talk page. The purpose of this page is for notification and communication with other Wikipedia editors. It is not a space to draft articles or post promotional material.
Wikipedia is not a business directory, so a company is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of a company, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
Wikipedia is not a place for your to publicize or promote your company. We do not allow companies to repost press releases or any other company-authored materials. We only care about what sources that have no personal or financial interest in the company have chosen on their own to publish about it.
If you are employed by this company, then your use of the {{UserboxCOI}} template is not sufficient. Employees writing about their companies here are, by definition, paid editors. Therefore you are required to disclose this information as per Wikipedia's mandatory and non-negotiable paid editing disclosure policy. The preferred method of disclosure is by using the {{paid}} template and placing it on your userpage (User:Habibakhaledd).
