Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 20:40, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:
- Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:24, 2 February 2022 (UTC)- Your account name represents an organization. I see that you have been active on German Wikipedia, where this type of account name is allowed. On English Wikipedia, it is not. You will need to choose a new username before being allowed to edit English Wikipedia again. Note that your username will be changed for all versions of Wikipedia, not just this one.
- Your organization is not entitled to have an article just because it exists or it is a worthy cause. You must demonstrate that it is a notable organization, having gained significantly sufficient independent coverage from reliable sources.
- Writing about your own organization is a conflict of interest, which should be avoided. You should declare any affiliation you have with this organization. And if you are in a paid position - either as an employee or a 3rd party representative - you must disclose this information per Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure policy. I have made mention of this on your talk page at German Wikipedia, de:Benutzer Diskussion:HOPE87, as this policy applies equally there.
