My reason is that you were already blocked for edit warring for your edits as IP 123.19.35.83. Then you tried to get around the block by changing IP addresses and editing as IP 123.19.41.84. You don't just get to keep subverting blocks by switching from account to account. Any edits you make via sockpuppets will be reverted for the duration of the block.
