I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to ask me on my talk page or place {{Help me}} on this page and someone will drop by to help. Again, welcome! And just so you know, adding any content, if only a single word, is never a minor edit. See Help:Minor edit if you want to find out more. And please don't add content without also providing a reference. Especially for bios of living people, that's not acceptable. Schwede66 07:54, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks ! I'll have to check how to provide proper references - friends occasionally ask me to fix their wiki so any changes to bio pages are direct from source then checked by me...seems minor when nothing is added content wise but I'll re-read the above, thanks ! In that case, I also need to point you to WP:COI. You cannot edit articles of your friends. If something needs changing, please put a request on the article's talk page. Schwede66 19:13, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just a turn of phrase ! Yes I have read that thanks - Guy Quartermain (talk) 19:14, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
oop just reading your bio seems may have been nearly caught by COI ! I thought was a little too careful...anyhow I'm researching all my edits very carefully, rest assured. You have an interesting bio !! Guy Quartermain (talk) 19:16, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
" spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of the content may be flagged as minor edits. " so adding words to correct grammar seems fine as long as the meaning remains consistent ? Seems clear... Guy Quartermain (talk) 17:29, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
