Transcribed diary?

[edit]

Your question on the help desk notes that you are transcribing an interesting diary. Heve you considered placing the result on Wikisource? -Arch dude (talk) 12:57, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am a volunteer at the State Library of Victoria so permission from them would have to be obtained for any article to be provided. I actually did hesitate making the change on the Ophir site but hate seeing mistakes! The transcript may eventually be available on the internet through the State Library. The library has 25 Joseph Jenkins diaries and the task of transcribing and encoding the diaries is a huge one. Regards Gubby1940 (talk) 22:45, 31 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
