With respect to your submission on Malouf, you may find it difficult to meet the "notability" criteria for Wikipedia. As per the guidelines: A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has been the subject of multiple published secondary sources which are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. If the depth of coverage in any given source is not substantial, then multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability; trivial coverage of a subject by secondary sources may not be sufficient to establish notability. Primary sources may be used to support content in an article, but they do not contribute toward proving the notability of a subject.

I did a google search and found that there has not been a lot written about Malouf (at least online) other than primary source material (ie interviews with him or short bios written by him). If he writes a second book, perhaps there will be more. Please review Wikipedia's criteria for "notable people" and if you think you can revise the article to meet the standard, by all means resubmit it.

Sorry I can't be of more help but sometimes, although a person may be quite extraordinary, there simply may not be enough verifiable, independent sources to support an enclycopedia article.
