The article Geophysical Research Abstracts has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This publication appears to be localized in its coverage, appears to be narrow in scope, and is not an encyclopedic topic. No significant coverage or recognition in reliable sources that are independent of the subject WP:GNG, WP:INDISCRIMINATE. Not listed in any major indexing services. No discernible impact factor. Does not meet the criteria for WP:NJOURNALS

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Steve Quinn (talk) 13:57, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

An acceptable journal

[edit]

Hello Richard. Here is journal which merits inclusion according WikiProject Academic Journals standards: Journal of Biomedical Nanotechnology. After giving a description of the journal go ahead and create a section entitled "Abstracting and indexing" and list these databases (for this journal): [1]. If you want the full experience you may wish to use an infobox and fill out some of the information in that before writing your description. Here is the template for an infobox for any scientific journal: Template:Infobox journal. Just copy and paste the box and fill in what you can. If you want the complete experience check out our Writing Guide for academic (and scientific) journals. ---- Steve Quinn (talk) 03:37, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
