I have better integrated your text into the Darlington, South Australia article and added some other references. There are a few statements that I have not found references for, but I have left them in the text with tags. I removed your name as Wikipedia does not accept "he was my great grandfather" as a reliable source. We need to find the book or newspaper or similar that says what you know.
