Edit warring
Don't edit war on the Bond article. The article doesn't use the serial comma throughout (and this is either a US construction or one favoured in Oxford English, not all versions of English). - SchroCat (talk) 23:00, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
- I could also say don't edit war to you. And yes, the article does use the serial comma throughout (at least it did). Also, I'm not sure why you don't want that comma in the second paragraph. It separates parts of a compound sentence, which does require a comma in all versions of English. Since BRD never specifies which party was being bold and which reverted, I'll go ahead and take this to the talk page. GrammarDamner (talk) 23:04, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
- It would be staggering tedious if you did, but please note that MOS:OXFORD doesn't say that articles have to have otiose comma use, just that they can if it's consistent. As the earliest versions of the article don't have it, then you forcing it in as your personal preference speaks volumes. - SchroCat (talk) 23:06, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
- The earliest versions I saw did, and the most recent versions I saw did as well. The article was stable with them for a long time. GrammarDamner (talk) 23:10, 2 March 2020 (UTC)

Change to Social Distancing
It wasn't a test, there was no source for shutting down mass transit as a form of social distancing, so i removed it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.131.152.128 (talk) 21:00, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
- I guess I thought that that one was already well known to be taking place in various forms around the world right now. Still, you're right, it's better to have a source, so I went ahead and added one. Thanks! GrammarDamner how are things? 21:40, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
