[edit]Please review WP:ELNO for the proper kinds of external links that can be added to a Wikipedia article. You've continually added a link that does not meet this standard to Judicial activism. Please stop doing so. Shadowjams (talk) 19:55, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.
