Welcome!

Hello, Goodcallclear, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  PhilKnight (talk) 20:05, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Letterkenny, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Letterkenny. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --AFBorchert (talk) 19:38, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are not helping Letterkenny. You have been consistently vandalising it for some time and I am sick undoing you. Please go elsewhere and stop ruining my work. Thank you. Lots of love. --Balloholic (talk) 18:19, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. --Balloholic (talk) 18:24, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And again. My love for you is thinning. --Balloholic (talk) 22:23, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have broken 3RR and can technically now be blocked. You should be blocked indefinetely for your persistent crimes. --Balloholic (talk) 22:23, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing advice

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. PhilKnight (talk) 20:05, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

3RR

[edit]

You have now broken about 17 RR I would estimate. --Balloholic (talk) 21:14, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not seeing anything approaching that level. --Uncle Milty (talk) 21:19, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If you check the edits relating to the above messages I think you will find this user should be blocked indefinitely. --Balloholic (talk) 21:31, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Then you should stick to his actual crimes. WP:3RR doesn't appear to apply in this instance. --Uncle Milty (talk) 21:38, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
His actual crimes have been many over a sustained period. I would check his history before further comment. I am not wrong. --Balloholic (talk) 22:17, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I checked before my first comment. Your hyperbole isn't helping your case. --Uncle Milty (talk) 22:22, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

While 17 unhelpful edits may be a bit of an exaggeration I've counted at least 10 that I would consider destructive, i.e. vandalism that appears to be deliberate. --Mia-etol (talk) 11:31, 27 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
