If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Li Wangzhi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Electriccatfish2 (talk) 01:02, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The EF∙Royal Cornell Big Ben Awards for the Top Ten Outstanding Young Chinese in the UK On May 9, 2009, British Chinese Youth Federation (BCYF) awarded him the first annual "EF∙Royal Cornell 2009 Big Ben Award and Ten Outstanding Chinese Young Persons Selection in the UK Charity Ceremony (TOCYP-UK)". [12] at Le Meridien Hotel Piccadilly in London. The reason for his award was "Bringing Chinese voices and culture into the world's top University." [13] None of any UK government officials or any UK royals attended this ceremony, but Chinese Consul Jin Shihong and his wife, the director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London - Hu Baozhu, representatives from the Malaysian Embassy, the Taipei Representative Office and Singapore attended the ceremony. Let Me Be Me - Jiliguala performed during the event. After 2009, British Chinese Youth Federation web site (http://www.bcyf.org.uk) has ceased to operate. Their other web site ukbcyf.org was abandoned in 2010. [14] No second annual EF∙Royal Cornell Big Ben Awards for the Top Ten Outstanding Young Chinese in the UK was given. Meanwhile, BIG BEN AWARD Corporation started to offer awards to Chinese all over the world. Its English page is still empty. Their Chinese page "Contact Us" has no name, phone number or email address listed. [15]Both web sites are registered to Yinya Li. The current address for "Big Ben Award Corporation" is located in a dental office in London. [16] Failed at Oxford University Media reported that Bo struggled in his academic work, and was made to sit penal exams for failing to maintain his grades. According to classmates, Bo failed the exams, and was "rusticated" (suspended) for one year.[1][17] Three Chinese diplomats went to see Dr Andrew Graham, the master of Balliol College, sought to intervene with the school, explained that Bo's academic probation would be a source of embarrassment to his father and grandfather in China.[1][18] The request to reinstate Bo was denied.[1] However, according to Bo, he enrolled in all three 'major' subjects unlike most of his peers.[19] The following year, Bo achieved "respectable marks" during his final exams, according to the New York Times,[1] and passed out with a 2:1 degree (Second Class, First Honours) overall, having obtained First Class honours in Philosophy.[19] The New York Times asserted that despite Bo's tutors declining to provide him with recommendations for his application to Harvard. [1] His tutors would “speak quite openly about their disdain for him”. Balliol college also refused to give him a good reference to Harvard University. [20] Bo was described as living a lavish lifestyle throughout his schooling: after being suspended from his Oxford dorm, Bo lived in a luxury flat at the Randolph Hotel.[1][18] A front page Wall Street Journal story alleged that Bo was seen stepping out of a red Ferrari wearing a tuxedo in early 2011 at the residence of then-U.S. ambassador Jon Huntsman, Jr..[21] This anecdote was later challenged by the New York Times, which reported that Huntsman's daughter had been picked up by the function's organisers, while Bo had arrived at the function in a chauffeur-driven Audi, and was not wearing a tuxedo.[22] Bo organised trips to China for his classmates, and invited Jackie Chan to appear at a function at Oxford.[1] Bo's university directory page with Oxford describes him as the founder of the Guagua Internet Company (other sources, such as the New York Times, describe him as the company's manager).[2] In his letter published in the Harvard University student paper, Bo states that he had been involved "in developing a not-for-profit social networking website in China … to assist NGOs in raising awareness of their social missions and connecting with volunteers... The project remains in the development stage and is not live."[2]
