The photo doesn't fit fair use, because it's not being used under a claim of fair use. It's a free image, with the license release archived on OTRS (I've just had a look at it, and it checks out). - Yeah, there's a few people whose photos I'm not crazy about, but we sort of have to go with what we've got. If you ever find a better photo of him released under a free license, by all means upload it. In the meantime, happy editing! Sarcasticidealist (talk) 04:07, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
