Pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity
Established policy provides for removal of the administrative permissions of users who have not made any edits or logged actions in the preceding twelve months. Because you have been inactive, your administrative permissions will be removed if you do not return to activity within the next month.
Inactive administrators are encouraged to rejoin the project in earnest rather than to make token edits to avoid loss of administrative permissions. Resources and support for reengaging with the project are available at Wikipedia:WikiProject Editor Retention/administrators. If you do not intend to rejoin the project in the foreseeable future, please consider voluntarily resigning your administrative permissions by making a request at the bureaucrats' noticeboard.
Thank you for your past contributions to the project. — JJMC89 bot 00:03, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Hey
I was saddened and disappointed to see you haven't edited in well over a year. Still haven't found the enthusiasm to come back? I don't know, the constitutional crisis of last summer should be long behind our backs now, no? – Uanfala (talk) 23:17, 24 December 2020 (UTC)
- I agree with Uanfala. Your RFA was one of the most memorable ones I've participated in. I sincerely hope you come back. -- Dolotta (talk) 17:54, 1 January 2021 (UTC)
Topic ban appeal
Though you have not been around lately (I hope you are very well, and in good health), because you were the enforcing admin, I am hereby notifying you, in order to complete the formality, that I have filed an appeal against the topic ban you had imposed on my account back in May, 2018 at WP:AN here. Ok, it's long enough
We need you back doing what you do best; i.e., being a sysop. I certainly understand why you took a break, but you make it harder on other editors who align with your goals for change (hoping that I'm one of them, at least for one or two changes since you and I don't always align). Wishing you only the best, and just letting you know, in my crazy way of doing things, that you're missed. Atsme 💬 📧 15:35, 18 May 2021 (UTC)

Happy First Edit Day!
Regarding the page Anand Mishra
Hello, It seems you have locked the page Anand Mishra and now it requires administrator access to recreate it. But now problem arises because I want to create an article name Anand Mishra but he is a different person with same name. I guarantee you that I can prove his notability. Now my subject Anand Mishra is a Indian Commissioned police officer from Assam. He is a Superintendent of police of a particular administrative region. Please help ne regarding this. You're back?!
Well hello and welcome back!! I'm so happy to see you returned. Your presence on the many noticeboards was sorely missed. –MJL ‐Talk‐☖ 02:12, 21 August 2022 (UTC)
- @MJL: A bit back. Here and there. I've recovered access to my account at least. We'll see how involved I get. A lot has changed in a couple of years. But thanks for the welcome. GoldenRing (talk) 17:59, 29 August 2022 (UTC)
Hey, i echo the surprise and pleasure in the heading. I watched you with interest after i !voted and commented in your RfA, and have missed seeing your signature around, wondering where you had got to. Good to see it again this morning! Happy days ~ LindsayHello 11:26, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks @LindsayH:. My nearly-three-year absence means that, if this goes well, you might get the opportunity to comment on me at RfA again. GoldenRing (talk) 11:42, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
Likewise glad to see you back, GR. Vanamonde (Talk) 14:52, 30 August 2022 (UTC)

Your multiple G11 tags
I deleted Telesystems (company), TrueConf, and Elecard as they did seem overly promotional with no possible recourse, but Okko (streaming service) seems to be more encyclopaedic which leads me to permit the AfD to run its course. DatGuyTalkContribs 14:18, 2 September 2022 (UTC)

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message
Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:26, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
Arbitration case notification
You are involved in a recently filed request for arbitration. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case#Holocaust in Poland and, if you wish to do so, enter your statement and any other material you wish to submit to the Arbitration Committee. As threaded discussion is not permitted on most arbitration pages, please ensure that you make all comments in your own section only. Additionally, the guide to arbitration and the Arbitration Committee's procedures may be of use.

"both sides"
Hi. I think if you'd read the paper by Grabowski and Klein you'd have to question the misguided bothsideism we're seeing from arbitrators past and present. It's sad enough that the distortion of history in our articles is so bad that mainstream historians feel compelled to comment in the form of a 40-page essay. Now that they've done that and have presented damning evidence for the distortion from mainly one side, how can "both sides" still be a dominant narrative? Robby.is.on (talk) 11:10, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Robby.is.on: I stand by it. The goal of POV-pushing is to get your preferred content in, but the substance of POV-pushing is not about content, it's about approach to editing. I think it's reasonably clear that there are editors on both sides who have made correct points about content but made them in a way that is completely incompatible with Wikipedia's policies on conduct. Being right about the content does not give you license to conduct yourself how you like; one of the factors that has made maintaining this particular content area exhausting is that people who I probably privately agree with in regard to the content have got themselves various restrictions for being utter jerks in how they go about it. To some extent that's mitigated by the fact they're (allegedly at this point) facing an organised opposition and feel like it's them against the barbarians but we just can't allow rightness about content to allow whatever behaviour individuals feel is justified. That way madness lies. GoldenRing (talk) 11:36, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
movestats on Toolforge
Hi, looks like the movestats Toolforge tool is failing to start its web service. From a quick look it appears to be a dependency issue due to the recent Stretch deprecation, probably fixable by re-installing dependencies. Could you fix it or archive the tool if it's no longer used? Thanks, Taavi (talk!) 13:38, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
World War II and the history of Jews in Poland: Arbitration case opened
Hello GoldenRing,
You recently offered a statement in a request for arbitration. The Arbitration Committee has accepted that request for arbitration and an arbitration case has been opened at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/World War II and the history of Jews in Poland. Evidence that you wish the arbitrators to consider should be added to the evidence subpage, at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/World War II and the history of Jews in Poland/Evidence. Please add your evidence by April 04, 2023, which is when the first evidence phase closes. Submitted evidence will be summarized by Arbitrators and Clerks at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/World War II and the history of Jews in Poland/Evidence/Summary. Owing to the summary style, editors are encouraged to submit evidence in small chunks sooner rather than more complete evidence later.
Details about the summary page, the two phases of evidence, a timeline and other answers to frequently asked questions can be found at the case's FAQ page.
For a guide to the arbitration process, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Guide to arbitration.
For the Arbitration Committee,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:12, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
