DBZ ROCKS!

[edit]
DBZ ROCKS!
Hey Goku, you rock man! GokuBeatsAll (talk) 02:02, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

HEY HEY HEY!!! I'M INTO POKEMON TO!!!

[edit]

Not only do I like Dragon Ball, I also follow Pokemon! I'm not a fanatic and have posters and all the cards, games, and figurines, but I consider it pretty cool, not as much as DBZ, but close!!

Is Bardock Better than..... GOKU???

[edit]

Normally, since he's Goku's father, you'd say yes. But, as you can all can see, no. Bardock never even reached Goku's power level when Goku faced Raditz, and Raditz killed Goku!! Goku has reached the third super saiyan stage, and defeated Frieza, Cell, Emperor Pilaf, Piccolo, Majin Buu, Vegeta, and countless VERY STRONG PEOPLE. So, No, Goku totally surpased his father. Anyway, they should totally bring back Bardock and the original Saiyan warriors. Just Saiyan (sayin)

Which do you prefer.

[edit]

Goku or Gohan? Vegeta or His Father. Zarbon or Didoria. Frieza or Cell? My favorite is Gohan (Despite my username.) Tell me which you like the most. (Not limited to the one's listed above, Be Bold!)

I'm new here.

[edit]

Hey whats up, y'all! How is it going? You know, I literally just joined wikipedia not to long ago. So if I say or do something somene on wiki would never do, just cut me some slack. Seriously.

Wikipedia is not a social network

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or do things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Village pump (miscellaneous). Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. We're sorry if this message has discouraged you from editing this website, but the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia. Thank you. Why mario kart kicks butt.

[edit]

Mario kart, as you all know, is the best nintendo game ever created besides pokemon (game freak), lots of people are hating on the kart. So all I say is... shut up

Welcome to my post page

[edit]

I have decided, after looking at many peoples talk pages, that I want to make a post page. Here, you make any comments not related to editing and wiki buiness. Please feel free to post away! Even hate mail is accepted!

Hi, GokuBeatsAll! My name is Matt, I've been on Wikipedia quite a long time so I'm happy to help you if you need any. Just remember that Wikipedia is for building an encyclopedia, so any posts should be relevant – therefore you shouldn't use this page for comments "not related to editing and wiki buiness". We've got a page that outlines what user pages should be used for – you might like to check it out! All the best, matt (talk) 21:42, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page that you created was tagged as a test page and has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 22:11, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Umm, you know that Wikipedia already has (in my opinion way too many) articles on Pokemon: please don't start content forks on characters of information that already have articles. You're welcome to improve existing articles, but please remember that all material must be reliably sourced. Acroterion (talk) 22:15, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
In answer to the question you posed on your userpage, users are welcome to start projects. The problem was that you created a project in article space (where articles go, not correspondence between users), not in Wikipedia space, and it duplicates the existing Pokemon project. Since you've signed up at the Pokemon project, I assume you know of its existence and aims, and as with articles, two projects covering the same subject aren't permitted. As for your other comment, I have no idea what you mean about citations in user talk space. Citations are used in articles to note the sources of information. My suggestion would be to spend more time on working with existing articles and less on socializing; article work benefits the encyclopedia, which is why we're all here. Your recent edits

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:22, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

About me

[edit]

I love english, the language and the subject. I want to get an english major in college, I am not quite their yet, but I am vey close. I also love sports and politics (an odd mixture, I know), along with enchillada's and chicken tenders. My love of english and grammar has brought me here, to this great open encyclopedia. Yes, I have made some mistakes on Wikipedia, but I intend to change that, and become a better wikipedian altogether. I give special credit to Ian.Tompson for helping me get there. GokuBeatsAll (talk) 22:36, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

[edit]

Thank you Acroterion (hope I spelled it right!), I apreciate the help, and the answer to my question. Also on my talk page, I forgot to give credit to you, to make it up, I put a barnstar on your talk page! By citations, I meant being alerted about doing things on Wikipedia that I shouldn't. GokuBeatsAll (talk) 22:49, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I appreciate it. Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll try to help. We try not to bombard users with "you're doing this wrong, now stop it!" instructions, as that gets old for all concerned, and you can't break the wiki anyway. Acroterion (talk) 23:01, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Acroterion.

[edit]

It seems as though all articles have been covered on Wikipedia, so I basically only work on articles to improve them. Is that the same with you? If not, what articles are open? (I know I should search for them by myself, but I can't find anything!) GokuBeatsAll (talk) 06:40, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not being an expert on Pokemon, I can't say whether all the articles you're interested in have been created. I think so (the huge number of articles relating to Pokemon were something of a joke a few years ago), but it's entirely true that it's getting harder to find topics for which to write new articles. That said, I work in areas where there's years of work to be done and thousands of articles to be created, and many more to improve: architecture and the visual arts are poorly represented on WP and there's no lack of space to work. I'd suggest you work from the top down in an area where you want to work: review the main article, then the items it links to and so on to see if there are gaps or deficiencies. Remember to discuss proposed changes on the article talk pages and to find reliable sources for your work. Acroterion (talk) 16:30, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, guys.

[edit]

My userpage went under a bit of construction, sorry if most (probably all) of the links do not work! GokuBeatsAll (talk) 06:45, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
