Hello GlobalTheatrical. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:GlobalTheatrical. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=GlobalTheatrical|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}.
