Proposed deletion of Rome Romanne

The article Rome Romanne has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No significant claims to notability, even the insignificant ones are mainly cited to subject's own webresume. Only one Google News hit, and that's to a blog, a strong indication the subject fails the GNG
