Yeah, that's kinda what i thought happennded. I have no problem with the article under its proper name. Black Harry 06:23, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You need some reference to it, like a newspaper article or something. Or else it might not be notable enough Black Harry 07:05, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No, it doesn't count. Also, you need to sign my talk page after writing on it Black Harry 07:13, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My Page

[edit]

I hope your requesting the deletion of my page is not because its a Christian school. ==Gevo2267== —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gevo2267 (talkcontribs) 06:05, 26 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

No, I have nothing against religious schools at all. I outlined my reasons for the deletion nomination at the following link: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Century High School of Santa Monica. Please respond there if I have acted in error, and if you can, please refer to reliable sources about the school. nadav 06:17, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I am very, very sorry if I misjudged the matter. Please see my response at the page I linked to above. nadav 06:40, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Does having your school name in an Armenian Website work for notability?

I found one http://www.armeniapedia.org/index.php?title=Armenian_Education#Armenian_High_Schools

Signing Talk Pages

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --Black Harry 07:20, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, just adding that those four ~ is important. I don't know what you mean by checking timestamps. Perhaps you mean the page history? It's the little tab to the right of the edit tab above. You can learn more about the different features at thehelp page. You can also get to the help page via the bar on the left. nadav 07:25, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't modify other people's pages

[edit]

Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive content to Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Nadav1. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. nadav 22:36, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Gevo. so about signing your comments. There should be a key on your keyboard that makes this symbol: ~ , which is called a tilde. You may need to press shift to get to it. Use four tildes in a row at the end of comments you post on discussion pages. Also, I hope you don't take the deletion discussion the wrong way. The concern is just that readers of wikipedia should be able to find information about topics in other sources. Anyways, there are still a lot of things someone with your expertise can help with. Just an example: if you want to help out with Armenian related topics, check out Portal:Armenia and Wikipedia:WikiProject Armenia. Best, nadav 04:05, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome! Here's a link to the special guidelines for internet articles: WP:WEB. Just ask if you have any questions. nadav 04:23, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

BAREV LEVON

[edit]

Hi,

to first familiarize yourself with wikipedia, read the welcome comment left above by another wikipedian. GO to the links to better understand how to "drive" the car of wikipedia and edit it. Also, look at http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_guidelines for the manner in which articles should be written. Do this first, and it will make it easier. There, you can see how to use all the different coding tags on wiki articles and how to link things. Also, user page is like a wiki article and can be edited as such. Hope i am helping, tell me if you need more help. P.S. another good way to understand wiki is to look for a similar article. IE - lets say u wanna write an article about the Armenian music group HAYQ - so take a look and find an article on a similar group that already contains a significant article, as Backstreet Boys.
