Your recent changes to the article Richard Trumka‎ have been reverted. Wikipedia's policy on the biographies of living people clearly states that any challengeable facts, especially those which are negative in nature, must be fully cited using inline citations to neutral thrid-party sources. Your changes do not to that. Additionally, Wikipedia's policy on neutral point of view requires editors to write articles using a neutral point of view, in an encyclopedic style. Your changes do not meet this standard. I strongly encourage you to find sources which mention the facts you wish to add, and then to add these facts to the article again using inline citations. I appreciate your efforts to improve the article, but these improvements must be done in observance of Wikipedia's guidelines. - Tim1965 (talk) 01:31, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
