Comments by Tony

[edit]

Hi I don't know if you are Geraci or just using his name, but Wikipedia does not encourage authors to edit pages on themselves or edit articles about works they have written. Cover blulb is not neutral POV and is seldom appropriate. It is, for instance, not appropriate to describe Dares to Speak as scholarly without independent reference. And you cannot just delete the name of the editor. Tony 23:56, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Tony ps if you did write Loving Sander, it is an excellent book. But it has paedophilia as a central theme. And the activities that take place are child sexual abuse.[reply]

Ditto, this not the place to self promotion. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:31, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Loving Sander

[edit]

If you refer to this title - no not me although as I say above this is not the place to self interested comment. This is meant for the recording of third party and scholarly comment to be gathered. Not advertising. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:36, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Conflicts of Interest

[edit]

Please be aware of Wikipedia's standards on conflict of interest. Your recent edits are clearly in violation of these standards, and will continue to be reverted. Publisher's blurbs are notoriously unbalanced, since they are a form of advertisement; and their use is prima facie evidence of lack of neutrality toward the subject matter. --Orange Mike 21:45, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
