I'm sorry I tried looking at the errors and I fixed the category issue but it won't go on the page and my other one was references which I really don't get can you please tell me

As to the category, you put a colon in the category link, so it didn't add the article properly (i.e., you put [[:Category:Suburbs...]] rather than [[Category:Suburbs...]].
