- first, the justification is bullshit. This is not a violation WP:WEBHOST.
- There is a rogue contributor, who used to exclusively edit using IP addresses in order to evade being held accountable for their edits and comments. I triggered their creation of a registered ID, which they used for wikistalking me -- until they earned an indefinite block for that ID.
- Since that indefinite block this rogue contributor has used almost 100 different IP addresses to make hundreds of edits to disrupt my work. I am using this page to keep track of those IDs. Their continued use of IP addresses to evade their indefinite block is proof of vandalism.
- Nominator is the vandal who has been wikistalking me for years. Geo Swan (talk) 04:20, 12 October 2019 (UTC)
