- People will tell you all sorts of different things about Wikipedia. To me, Wikipedia is the kind of thing that you'll grow to love, and even though it can get frustrating, it can really pay off. When I've done major work on an article, it's really pleasing to look at it and proclaim "I wrote that!" Patience is especially important on Wikipedia, and once you understand the more esoteric aspects of it you'll grow to love it as much as I have. —Signed, your friendly neighborhood MessedRocker. 03:04, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- Four days until you become "autoconfirmed" which means you can make new pages and edit semiprotected articles. Until then, try editing some of our already-existing articles -- some of them need a lot of help! —Signed, your friendly neighborhood MessedRocker. 03:10, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
