I have contributed positively a few times, and I intend to do so in the future. I only chose my username and copied user page content to get a rise out of another editor, and that purpose has been fulfilled. It is with regret that I must decline your unblock request for username change. In your unblock request you admitted to a previously undescribed violation of our WP:HA policy ("I only ... copied user page content to get a rise out of another editor") but did not address how you plan to resolve and remedy it. Because there are multiple issues with this account beyond WP:USERNAME, simply changing to Frosty2019 would not be sufficient for its rehabilitation and the suggested name Frosty2019 is so close to an existing username that it may be a further attempt at impersonation. Requesting an appeal of my block as it has been several years since this block was enacted and I would like to contribute positively to Wikipedia. I have a lot to add in the fields of electronics repair and automotive repair. I have not vandalized Wikipedia during this time period and both of my IP addresses, cellular (Sprint) and cable (Xfinity) are blocked. An acceptable alternative would be the unblocking of my IP addresses to allow me to create a new account General Inflation (talk) 01:32, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
