Contested deletion

This page should not be speedily deleted because it follows the same intent and format of other literary festivals published on wikipedia. An example is the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival. This is one of a list that includes Banff Mountain Book Festival, October 31 – November 2, 2007 Boston Book Festival, annually in October Burlington Book Festival, September 15–17, 2006 Children's Literature Festival at the University of Central Missouri, held annually in March since 1969 The Curwood Festival celebrates the life and writings of James Oliver Curwood the first weekend of June in Owosso, Michigan. This page Is modeled after other literary festival pages shown on Wikipedia. An example of this one of many is the page on "Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival" The page shows the origin of the festival the history of the festival links to many of the people on it at the festival which are also covered in Wikipedia and it lists generally information about the type of events we have and examples from the past. I therefore see this very general and it would be a shame not to include it in Wikipedia. Gary Berg-Cross (talk) 19:09, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
