The article 2011 (number) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Do we need an article on every number?
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Reaper Eternal (talk) 00:02, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
- I agree with the removal. I added the page to highlight some mathematical curiosities about the number. After reading your message, I just realised that it is better to include this information in the article for the number 2000, where there is a list with interesting numbers of the range 2000-3000. I already put the information there. This page can be deleted.
- However, I think it would be interesting to redirect "2011 (number)" to "2000 (number)". I presume this non-existent page will be queried quite much this year and someone might create it again. Unfortunately, I do not know how to do it. ~Garrapito (talk) 11:22, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
- I agree, it would be better to just redirect the article, and I have just done so. you can redirect an article by using the code
#REDIRECT [[name of article]]

Garrett Lisi
[edit]I would like to mention that I'm trying to get a reasonable and NPOV version of Antony Garrett Lisi's page, that currently has been under censorship from User SherryNugil that does not want to include the current status of the Lisi's theory and that wants to keep all the articles and interviews and tv appearances and blog entries and forum discussions about Lisi. Not even for Nobel Prize Laureates there is such a complete list. I am also reporting that user for several reasons and it would be good if you could participate to the discussion giving your opinion, given that in the past you contributed to that page. Look at the discussion page for the last happenings. 24.7.128.58 (talk) 16:08, 26 December 2011 (UTC)
