Thanks for uploading File:MBELL GOTTI PAINTING.jpg, which you've attributed to Michael Bell. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the image description page states the source and copyright status of the derivative work, it only names the creator of the original work without specifying the status of their copyright over the work.

Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the original image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

I have no idea why you've blocked me. The artwork and the photographs you flagged both belong to Michael Bell and we have his permission to use them. You can contact him directly through his official website at http://mbellart.com/contact.html or info@mbellart.com but there is no reason this page should be blocked, nor should I be blocked as an Administrator out of nowhere. We've done nothing wrong, but will gladly edit text if you feel it needs editing, however the pictures are all owned by Michael Bell and are not infringing on anything. Please UNBLOCK! On the subject of copyright, just saying the images "belong to Michael Bell and we have his permission to use them" is not sufficient for Wikipedia's purpose. Wikipedia needs actual evidence that the owner of a work has released it under a sufficiently free license (see Wikipedia:Copyrights for more information), which means it would be also free for anyone else to copy and use for any purpose.
