Spirit of '76

Spirit of '76 is the moniker of a type of skinhead. They hate boneheads, sharps, hippies, and commies. Most of the skinheads in the U.S. military are '76ers. Yep, Gaines St. in Tallahassee - but the Cow Haus is now called the Beta Bar. When were you around? But in all seriousness, I've never heard anyone called a "Spirit of 76" skinhead, and I've been in the scene for a while, have buddies in the military, etc. It doesn't even get any google hits. So it may be that there are some guys around calling themselves that, but to say that they're the "most common" kind of right-wing skin in America is a hell of a stretch.
