Request reason:

i am very frustrated to find that I have been blocked for "misusing" Wikipedia account or being labeled a "sockpuppet". I have been browsing Wikipedia and trying to make bona fide attempts to improve profile pages, especially on the legally related articles. If such genuine attempts are blocked, I verily believe that future Wikipedians will be discouraged from writing or editing articles on line even with the most sincerest attempt. I do see the merits of Wikipedia doing patrolling but it appears to have affected innocent parties (like me). I try to be talk positive here but I would prefer if Wikipedia would apply a more consistent policy in reviewing profile pages concerning (notable) individuals or organizations. It appears that whatever Wikipedians write (myself included) concerning an individual or an organization would be automatically labeled as "promotion" or "advertisement". Nonetheless, many other wikiprofiles regarding policitical figures, local organizations etc which contain biased information or promotional contents have passed the test, for no apparent reason. My recent attempt in editing the page of Haldanes Solicitors and Notaries is just a starting point, and I was also other legal pages in the meantime. Many other wikipages of many law firms, legal figures, bar associations, law societies, law-related NGOs etc do require a substantive clean-up. I would like to be part of the process. If you are asking us to believe that a whole bunch of you just happened to join the same day and just happened to post about Haldanes Solicitors and Notaries, yet you are all completely unrelated to each other... well, that would be quite some coincidence!
