Speedy deletion nomination of Sarah Tse

Hi GE1110cityu. I have had to delete this page, as the article was the subject of a deletion discussion in 2010, and the decision at that point was to Delete. The new page was not substantially different from the old page as far as claims of notability, which was the main reason for deletion back then.
