Hi Dan arndt, thanks for your review and your detailed feedback. Reviewing the criteria, it seems it's down to the 7th one in the list - this band is quite a niche one, and would be one of the upcoming psychedelic rock bands in Perth, Western Australia - not quite a Pond, Tame Impala and some others yet that perform on a global level. I haven't seen them perform - https://xpressmag.com.au/review-the-cult-at-metro-city/ contains a review of their Perth gig on the national tour they did with The Cult.
