I am just trying to create my company page! please guide me, I do not know what i am blocked for

That is what you are blocked for. Wikipedia does not have "company pages", but articles about subjects like companies, if they meet the relevant notability guidelines. In the case of companies, those are written at WP:ORG(please review). Wikipedia is not a place to merely tell about a company. Not every company merits an article here- and those that do are not usually written by a company representative. Please review conflict of interest and paid editing which are both policies you have violated and will need to comply with.(the latter is a Terms of Use requirement) As you won't be allowed to continue to write about your company, to be unblocked you will need to agree to not directly write about your company and tell what you want to edit about instead as a general contributor.
