Thank you

[edit]

Thank you for removing the awful colour from the Norwich election page. That is what I was referring to when I said consensus along with the way the numbers are in the infobox. as for the sliders I cant stand them but I can see i have no support on that So I accidentally removed it. 2.25.207.51 (talk) 07:53, 2 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No worries. You make a good point about the colours, I think you were right to remove them - thanks for doing so. All the best FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 10:37, 2 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Of interest, re. Lewisham East

[edit]

On the Lewisham East by-election, 2018 page, you readded a table showing the results of the Labour Party selection process. This was later removed. A lack of consensus means that the subject is now being pursued on the talk page if you are interested. Matt 190417 (talk) 14:35, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, cheers for the heads up! It's appreciated. FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 15:34, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A barnstar for you!

Nice work on United Kingdom general election, 1983 (England)! Robertgombos (talk) 15:55, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Oh! Thank you :) FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 18:16, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, United Kingdom general election, 1992 (Wales), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I've cited the briefing from the UK Parliament, I'm not exactly sure how that isn't independent or reliable. It's the same source as for dozens of other pages. FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 17:57, 2 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
And I have to say, this is quite confusing given that another article with the exact same level of citations recieved a 'barnstar' from a user above. So this feels a bit unnecessary. FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 18:00, 2 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, and thank you for your work on election and polling-related articles! I noticed that sometimes you had to undo unconstructive edits by IPs a few times in a row. To make reverting more convenient, I suggest you enable 'Twinkle' by going to PreferencesGadgets, and under Browsing tick the Twinkle box, then click Save at the bottom of the page. With Twinkle, you can revert numerous unconstructive edits just by clicking rollback once, or restore an article to any previous revision! Ah, cheers for that! I'll be sure to check it out. All the best FriendlyDataNerdV2 (talk) 12:49, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Trust me, it just takes a few clicks to activate, and is very easy and convenient to use! JACKINTHEBOXTALK 05:31, 28 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
