I am the writer Frank Benjamin who editted the Natural Born Citizen page. Specifically, I added into the article the case before the US Supreme Court, Italic textLeo C. Donofrio, Applicant v.Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of StateItalic text. The full saga of tyhis case is presented on Leo Donofrio's blog: http://www.blogtext.org/naturalborncitizen/

Further, mr. Donofrio hs appeared on various radio programs, including especially Lan Lamphere of www.patriotbrigaderadio on November 18 and November 19. The November 19 interview is the last interview that Mr. Donofrio will give, until December 05, 2008 at the earliest, as he prepares his possible appearance before the United States Supreme Court. At the moment, it appears the last judgment rendered on Donofrio's suit was its rejection by the New Jersey Supreme Court on October 31, 2008. I understand the apparently unusual interest being shown in Donofrio's case by Justice Thomas (US Supreme Court), but IMO it is premature to say anything substantive about this in the "Natural-born citizen" article. At the moment, it doesn't seem to me that the case merits anything more than a passing reference to its rejection by the NJ courts (along the lines of the three federal court cases already mentioned). Please also keep in mind that blogs are generally not considered acceptable sources for material in a Wikipedia article, and that the sort of comment which you added to the article (and which someone else removed) probably belongs on the article's talk page, not in the actual article.
