Rob Ford revert - copied from my page

Wikipedia has in the past had issues with unjustified and potentially libellous assertions. The Biography of Living Persons (BLP) has therefore been created to make sure Wikipedia is not in any danger of being sued - which means you need to be really really careful with any potentially libellous paragraphs, and reference them in massive detail. Your edit referred to Rob Ford smoking Crack Cocaine without citing it to reliable sources and was therefore in breach of the BLP policy.
