Baha'i contributions

[edit]

Hi there,

I've been adding a little background on Baha'i wiki site contributions (for purposes of historical preservation if not present-day interest) at http://bahai9.com/wiki/History_of_Bahá'í_wiki_websites , and recently discovered that it appears from https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Bah%C3%A1%27%C3%AD_Faith&dir=prev&action=history that you made the first edit on Wikipedia for the Baha'i Faith? I'd be curious to know if you have any further information on that edit (or on the history info I've added). That first edit mentions the text was obtained from FTP site ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/ for /pub/usenet/soc.religion.bahai , but I don't see any such introduction text on the FTP site anymore (or as to who contributed to it). And if you wouldn't mind sharing, it'd also be nice to add the detail as to whether you were a Baha'i yourself, your real name if you wish, and if anything in particular motivated you to share it. You can also email me at brettz9 (for the site, Yahoo.com). Thanks and take care! Brettz9 (talk) 03:23, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
