Hello

[edit]

Hello Fraenir. 1st time wiki editor here. I'm not game to do anything yet. I have been reading the page 'Prehistory of Australia', which I noticed you contribute to. The page appears to be a bit inaccurate, and very incomplete. I have a huge number of books on this subject written in the 1800s, and 1900s, on Aboriginal traditional culture pre-colonisation. I don't know why people are ignoring these easy to access sources? Most are PDFs online without copyright restrictions, so free to download. Aboriginal life was different to how most modern academics and story tellers tell it. Re-writing history, and covering up history seems to be quite common in Australia. I wonder why? Happy to share my list of recommended books.Alabama81bornandbred (talk) 11:49, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you - Basil Cottle

[edit]

Thank you for adding links from various pages to the entry on Basil Cottle. It is the first entry I have created, and I have found myself rather out of my depth. I wish I had been better prepared and more thorough. I aim to learn from your example. --Charlemaniac (talk) 09:57, 1 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Haringtonhippus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Equus (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Afontova Gora II

[edit]

Do not continue to make disruptive revisions to the Afontova Gora page. The source I posted (an actual source not an error page) concerns Afontova Gora II and contains important regional morphological information that wasn't mentioned in the article. I will report you if you continue to undo my edits.
