Just to remind you yet again: political spouses are not necessarily notable just for being spouses. If you cannot add sources which demonstrate that she's actually notable in her own right for one or more independent accomplishments of her own, and not just because she sleeps in the same bed as Jean Charest most nights, then she does not get her own article.
