Thanks for bringing up the spyware thing - we've actually had this conversation before on the talk page, and we still can't find a decent enough source to back up the spyware claim. The reference you provided seems to be a Slashdot user posting a link to a blog with a couple of screenshots; although compelling, it's not enough to meet Wikipedia source requirements.

Since spyware is a very serious allegation, we should be careful to provide a strong source to back it up. It's possible that this has been caught by a newspaper or respected tech blog since it was last discussed, so feel free to dig around.
