If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Hemp woman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. A tag has been placed on Hemp woman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Previous deletion

[edit]

Unless you are the same person as User:Lorrainemelk, there was no reason to notify you - and as your account was only created today, this would have been impossible anyway. The other account was clearly notified of the proposed deletion, which lasted its full seven days. I would ask you to look at WP:SOCK, and to consider your position in connection with these two accounts. Peridon (talk) 20:00, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Hemp woman has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Mixture of article and complaint - decidedly unencyclopaedic. Appears to blame an admin for the state of the world environment - possibly an attack? COI and essay issues.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Hemp woman, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Claviere (talk) 21:17, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hemp woman

[edit]

Re your message: First off, you need to calm down and take the caps lock off. Yelling at people will not get you what you want. Wikipedia is also not a soapbox for you to pronounce your views upon the subject or environmentalism in general. As for the article in question, it was deleted through the proposed deletion process because of a lack of citations from reliable sources covering the subject. You may ask for the article to be restored by filing a request for undeletion. However, you really need to stop the rhetoric on any request you make. There is no grand conspiracy to prevent such subjects on Wikipedia. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:27, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: The administrator in question was not blind. Please do not continue to make such allegations. You have two choices here: You can request that the previous article be undeleted like I told you before or you can recreate the article. If you decide to recreate the article, please read Wikipedia's guideline to writing your first article before you recreate it. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:40, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:35, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Various things

[edit]

First - please follow the instructions. My talk page clearly says (in bold, at the top) to put a heading and sign with four tildes (you did manage to get it at the bottom of the page - thanks for that). Second, I declined a speedy because I didn't think it fitted the nonsense criterion. (This was a marginal decision.) Another admin decided it did fit. I'm not going to disagree, as it was hard to understand and not the slightest bit encyclopaedic. Please remember that this is an encyclopaedia, and not free web space where you can post anything. I've looked at the first version of the article, and it made no attempt to comply with our requirements on notability. This is not always easy to understand, and I'd advise reading WP:PRIMER. This isn't a policy, but it is an excellent guide to creating articles, and links you to the policies themselves. Peridon (talk) 21:51, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
