Hi Fornaeffe, thanks for pointing out the use of one of my images in a textbook and my apologies for not responding sooner. I'm not that bothered about the reuse of images without attribution - it goes on a lot. I've not been that active this year on Wikipedia, which is why it's taken me such a long time to respond.
