- Not true. If you really need the MediaWiki engine, you can install it on your own computer. I have. So, please explain what the Wikipedia project gains by your user page. - If it's really just a spreadsheet, create a Google account and put the spreadsheet in Google's free spreadsheet. Otherwise, pick the web host of your choice and create a page there. —C.Fred (talk) 20:11, 7 September 2016 (UTC)

- Yes. You'll have to install MediaWiki on your computer. I've done that on a computer behind my firewall that I use to track some things I do related to sports. —C.Fred (talk) 20:25, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
