Clark height

[edit]

Have you checked any of his club websites or the Football League website? They should know better than anyone else.

Jordan Clark and general editing

[edit]

Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

I've checked the Player Profiles on the Shrewsbury Town official site which also state 6'0". [1] Having a quick flick through the other players the heights all seem about right to me, although I must admit I am surprised Clark is that tall. Unless you can find something else which suggests otherwise, I would leave it as it is.

On another note, can you please be mindful of keeping your edits encyclopedic and relevant to the subject - I've had to undo a number of them this afternoon. For instance - in my view it is not particularly useful to know that Caton was an unused substitute at Cardiff, or relevant to mention on James Collins page that Barnett was loaned to Southend. To say Dominic Smith "has proven himself equally adept at right-back" is an opinion rather than a statement of fact. I'm always happy to offer a second opinion if you're not sure.

Happy editing,

James Wallace

[edit]

Hi Footballedits,

I've fixed this for you. If you look at the "View History" tab and compare my latest version to your last revision you will see how to do this.

Make sure you stylise club names correctly inside the square brackets - for instance use the clubs full name Shrewsbury Town F.C. (the dots are important), separate with a vertical bar | then type the clubs common name Shrewsbury Town. Again, look at how I have done this on the James Wallace page and it should be self explanatory. This makes sure it links back correctly to the club page and you don't end up with a disambiguation;
