I've removed the section you added per our WP:BLP policy: "Exercise caution in using primary sources. Do not use trial transcripts, other court records, or other public documents to support assertions about a living person, unless a reliable secondary source has published the material. Do not use public records that include personal details, such as date of birth, home value, traffic citations, vehicle registrations, and home or business addresses. Where primary-source material has been discussed by a reliable secondary source, it may be acceptable to rely on it to augment the secondary source..." --NeilN talk to me 13:36, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- Court documents cannot be used per the policy above. We have strict rules on this. And I have no personal interest in the article beyond making sure any edits comply with Wikipedia policies. --NeilN talk to me 13:58, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
We're all Wikipedia editors (users) here. Wikipedia has perhaps four or five paid employees that deal with technical/administrative issues, not article issues. --NeilN talk to me 14:07, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
Please read WP:VANDTYPES to see what is considered vandalism. Good faith edits to ensure articles comply with policy (especially WP:BLP's) are definitely not vandalism. Repeatedly adding text without what Wikipedia considers proper sourcing will only get you blocked. And can you please stop adding spaces to the beginning of your sentences? It messes up formatting. Thanks. --NeilN talk to me 14:39, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
It's obvious you're new here so you might want to read WP:5P and Wikipedia:List of policies. Repeatedly accusing someone of vandalism when the edits enforce policy will eventually also get you blocked. Right now, all I'm asking for is the content be backed up with acceptable sources (and, per policy, these can't be court documents). Content cannot be added to WP:BLP's without proper sources. It's that simple. --NeilN talk to me 15:00, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
P.S. I'm watching this page so you can reply here if you want. --NeilN talk to me 15:02, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
I noticed you re-added the section. If you do it again, I will report you to the administrators. Please stop and find the proper secondary sources. --NeilN talk to me 15:06, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- You've been reported here. --NeilN talk to me 00:49, 20 May 2010 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on George Soros. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. NeilN talk to me 13:56, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- I have reverted yet again. Please review the comments editors are making in deleting the new material, and particularly WP:RS, WP:BLP, and WP:CONSENSUS. If you have something you would like to add to the article, please discuss it on the article talk page. If you continue you may be blocked temporarily from further editing the encyclopedia without further warning, in order to prevent disruption to the article. Thanks, - Wikidemon (talk) 00:49, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, I see you have already been reported for this. If you wish to continue editing, you should probably indicate here or on the report that if you are allowed to keep your editing privileges you will not do this again. - Wikidemon (talk) 00:52, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:53, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
