Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of earthquakes in 1997, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fars. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi! I reverted your edit on February 6 as any changes or additions to days of the year pages now require citations and any that aren't are being reverted, please see WP:DOYCITE. Any names or events added before these guidelines were implemented are currently in the process of being referenced or removed. If you'd like to find it more, please see WP:DAYS. Information icon Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Lists of earthquakes. You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Public-domain sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any public domain content you have already imported is fully attributed. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 15:28, 27 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Filipinohere, thanks for your many additions to earthquake articles. Just one thing to point out, redlinks in articles serve a useful purpose - see WP:REDLINK. Note particularly where it states "Only remove red links if Wikipedia should not have an article on the subject". The Oceanic and Nacimiento Faults have more than enough written about them to produce at least short articles, so I've restored the redlinks. I may get around to creating the relevant articles at some point and, even if I don't, another editor probably will. The San Simeon Fault remains unlinked because it's generally regarded as just a segment of the larger San Gregorio-San Simeon-Hosgri fault zone - I'll probably propose a merger of the two short articles on the outer segments, which would mean that the San Simeon Fault gets covered as well. Recent Elizabeth II edit

[edit]

Hello, I just noticed you mentioned me in your recent edit to the article "Reactions to the death of Elizabeth II" re-adding Armen Sarkisian's reaction to the list; well.. turns out I never actually intended it on purpose, it must've been a mistake with the mobile editor and edit conflicts at the time when I was adding reactions from other leaders in Africa to the list. So.. my bad on that one in that case. Thanks for reminding me and I wish you a good day. Kind regards. Mr. Lechkar (talk) 10:04, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Filipinohere, and thank you for appreciating my edit. (I'm not mad at you though!) Yes, the countries that I rearranged including (the ones without any citations) were there in the first place before I made the edit. For example, Australia, Taiwan, US, UK, etc. Some websites [1],[2],[3]contained more than one leader's reactions so I placed the (non-Twitter) ones to the top.

I apologize for the citation problem.. I just came by the website and decided to rearrange it. I'll be careful next time. Thank you and Peace ♪ <3 Layah50♪ (喋ってください!) 07:24, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thinking about your summer break? Think about joining other Wikipedians and Wikimedians in Golden Bay / Mohua! Details are on the meetup page. There's heaps of interesting stuff to work on e.g. the oldest extant waka or New Zealand's oldest ongoing legal case. Or you may spend your time taking photos and then upload them.

Golden Bay is hard to get to and the airline flying into Tākaka uses small planes, so we are holding some seats from and to Wellington and we are offering attendees a $200 travel subsidy to help with costs.
