Hello!
I just wanted to say thanks for fixing the mistyped category title that quickly. You hunted down and corrected the mistake immediately! Thank you! — Thehoboclown (talk) 13:06, 17 November 2011 (UTC)

Hello, Filing Flunky, and thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia!
I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you worked on, Mojolicious, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- save the page
It helps to explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on the Help Desk. Thanks again for contributing! Sparthorse (talk) 14:19, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

Sorry for the heavy-handed edit. I was mainly concerned with the Vancouver condo development. A previous editor was blocked for spamming the article and this was re-added by an apparent sock. Obviously, the linked article makes sense as a mention. freshacconci talktalk 11:32, 23 November 2011 (UTC)

Optimyth Software
Thank you for your message.
It is true that Optimyth Software is my employer. But the article I wrote about the company is not advertisement. I clearly published it as a company stub and it includes verifiable references and it is based on facts.
I have followed the guidelines and overall tried to be honest. I could have signed it under a fake name or ask somebody to write it for me so editors could not track me down, but I didn't. What would you suggest?

Notable, how exactly? -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:09, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Quote: He is the 2008 and 2010 Swedish National Muay thai champion in the -75 kilos weight division, the 2008 IFMA World Championships B-class champion and the 2011 IFMA World Championships A-class silver medalist. On November 28:th 2011, he fought Japanese K-1 MAX standout Yoshihiro Sato to a unanimous decision win. A national champion of a notable sport is clearly notable. It needs more references to back up the claims though. Filing Flunky (talk) 12:11, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- And we will hopefully see those references in 7 days, or the article will be deleted. Thanks, -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:13, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Poor referencing is not a reason to delete an article. Why not help me hunt for references instead? Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 12:14, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Barring the fact that it actually is a very good reason to delete an unreferenced article as it ruins the encyclopedia's integrity, I will assist in finding references. The subject is not in the news section of Google, just checked. -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:18, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- But it wasn't unreferenced: it had an EL to his local club. Better references were needed: I just added one from a national Swedish paper. Filing Flunky (talk) 12:21, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Well there you go :) found one reference more than I did. It would help if the references were English... much easier to find. -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:22, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
Where are the references for: Lusine Serobyan? -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:37, 28 November 2011 (UTC)- Nevermind. -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:38, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah there aren't any, and I can't find any online. She removed your speedy tag: I just put it back, and added unref BLP and autobio. Filing Flunky (talk) 12:40, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- Look, before you think of me as some kind of mass deletionist etc. I really am not. I just like to be by-the-book, and If an article were to be notable it should have reliable references - which these past articles did not have. If they were to be deleted - wouldn't be easier to recreate them, including the relevant required sources? -- MST☆R (Chat Me!) 12:44, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- No I don't think you're a mass deletionist, and I'm not a mass inclusionist, but maybe you could slow down a little. Yes, articles need reliable references, but that's not a reason to quickly speedy them. Tag it unref for 10 minutes or so, and if there are no references whatsoever (or just refs that don't mention the subject at all), then WP:BLPPROD it. If it even has one crappy YouTube or IMDB reference, it can't be BLP prodded, though it can be prodded or AFD'd on grounds of notability (for example) if no refs can be found. The Lusine Serobyan article contained no references at all (apart from unhelpful ref tags containing only the words "Armenian 1" and "English 2" etc.), and I think you were right to speedy it on notability. But most WP:NEWCOMERs will have no idea that articles can be re-created, and will often be too intimidated or upset to ask. Better to go more slowly, and make sure that there's really zero chance of a useful article in there before speedying. Thanks Filing Flunky (talk) 12:54, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

Deletion of Article - Onward Technologies
Hi Filing Flunky,
I'm a newbie to Wiki.
Recently you have deleted my article "Onward Technologies" stating "Conflict of Interest".
Can you help me in understanding about the base items for which the article has been deleted.
Also, Can you recover the page for me so that I can modify as per your comments and will give a copy to proof read??
Let me know your comments.

- Hello, and welcome. I haven't deleted the article, but I did revert a number of recent promotional edits that were made, including copyrighted marketing pasted directly from your website. The article is still at Onward Technologies, and you can see its edit history by clicking on the history tab at the top. But I strongly suggest that you not edit the article about your company, as it's going to be very difficult for you to maintain the WP:Neutral point of view required for an encyclopaedia. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 12:10, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Sure... as said I wont. But, i'll revamp the Intro content and the References, as the content pasted are very old and obsolete. Request your comments on this. Thanks --OnwardRavi (talk) 12:26, 30 November 2011 (UTC)Ravi

24weekers
Please can you help with an independent proof read of the 24weekers page. All the content and references are from the public domain and in fact dozens of people discuss the film on a daily basis on the 24weekers facebook page. - Hello, and thanks for contributing. I don't think any of it's made up, but the article at the moment doesn't assert notability per Wikipedia:Notability (films), and I can't find significant coverage of it from WP:Reliable sources online, only some local press coverage. The film hasn't been released yet, and once it has been then it may become notable: would you like me to move it to a WP:subpage of your user page for you to work on it and improve it, and to wait until it acquires sufficient notability for inclusion here? Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 15:45, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
- Many thanks for your suggestion to create a Bed Blockers article based upon the Sunday Mirror and BBC references already cited in the 24weekers article, perhaps as you suggest with a small section mentioning the film 24weekers currently being covered by local press. Many thanks for all your help and advice. Entsal007 (talk) 07:59, 1 December 2011

Keeping intial texts safe
Hello Filing, nice to have an opportunity to ask the question I am trying to find the answer since last Friday directly to a Wiki editor! Great, thank you for getting in touch! Please, consider the history of changes at mgid.com page and help me to understand - HOW TO PRESERVE PAGE CONTENT from violating company rights edits? It keeps for 7 days already that we correct the abusive text twice a day. It goes about our reputation, personal rights of our founder who contributed greatly to the development of quality service used by multi partners all over the world! Can you help me? Or just explain why it's so easy to edit content on the company pages officially published at the greatest open enciclopedia in the world? Tasya19 (talk) 12:15, 1 December 2011 (UTC)

User talk:RICHARD E SHAW - SOCCER PLAYERFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search [edit] WelcomeHello, RICHARD E SHAW - SOCCER PLAYER, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I notice that one of the first articles you created appears to be an article about yourself. This is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. Your user page, however, is a great place to write about yourself, making sure to stay within user page guidelines. Just click your user name at the top of the screen when you are logged in, and edit it normally.
The page you created about yourself has been or will shortly be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, but if you want to use the content from it, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Keith-Lee Castle date-of-birth
Hello. The stated d-o-b for Keith-Lee Castle is now known to be wrong - it (and a lot of other false information) was given to one person by someone pretending to be him, and she posted it all over the internet two years ago. A personal friend of his has tried to correct this, as can be seen here: http://www.fanpop.com/spots/keith-lee-castle/articles/7455/title/keith-lee-castle-official-biography http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0145290/board/thread/183877654 It was also pretty much confirmed by his Young Dracula co-star Simon Ludders, on Twitter. LadySilverRoseWolf (talk) 04:14, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- None of the online sources used so far (including the one I cited) appear to be WP:Reliable sources, and since there's an ongoing dispute over it, it might be best if we simply left the date out altogether. If Mr. Castle wants an "official" birth date to be known, I'm sure it would be simple for him to mention it in an interview, or something similarly WP:Verifiable. Thanks for the heads-up, Filing Flunky (talk) 09:18, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
Thing is, it seems he doesn't do interviews! (the only one I've seen mentioned was from back in 1996). The man likes his privacy... LadySilverRoseWolf (talk) 17:30, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
Alan Entwistle (director) and 24weekers
Hi. The author blanked these after you nominted them at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alan Entwistle (director), and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/24weekers. He did this in GF although it clearly states that once at AfD articles shold not be blanked. However, as no one has yet voted, if you would like to consider withdrawing the AfDs, I'll delete the articles per the author's request. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 10:36, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
Ah you're right. OK, I'll withdraw the AFDs now. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 10:47, 4 December 2011 (UTC)- Hang on: he's not allowed to blank them, as they've had substantial edits from other editors, isn't that right? Filing Flunky (talk) 10:53, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- The edits are not substantial. AFAICS, they are just minor tweaks that are not addItions to content. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:05, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- Alan Entwistle (director) was created by an IP editor (in 2005, when that was possible). Entsal007's first edit is 4 years later, where he added some filmography. I don't think we can blank Alan Entwistle (director), especially as there's no evidence that he created it. 24weekers is different: only formatting tweaks on that one from other editors, and he's the creator. Filing Flunky (talk) 11:11, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, yes, you're quite right. If you'd like to remove 24weekers from the AfD I'll delete it. The other one will have to run it's 7 days. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 11:37, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

Hello buddy!
There is reference. I remember my PR people put more before. I guess someone else deleted. My film 5 Ghantey Mien 5 Crore releasing soon. The audio is launching on 10th december 2011 (next weekend). There's articles about it on the internet. Worldwide Records is releasing it. Please if you can put in the references as you seem an expert, it'll be great. I don't know how to do it. And also Abhishek Venkteshwar has different spellings, so why would he want to remove my page and put his in its place when clearly different spellings he has and hence, can make a new page. A little help with notability here?
Can you help me a little with notability? I attempted to make the Intellum, Inc. article notable.. explaining what they do different. I'm not sure why this one is getting tagged for notability problems while Cornerstone OnDemand isn't. Can you explain the difference to me?
— Preceding unsigned comment added by Medra42 (talk • contribs) 03:17, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Hello, and thanks for contributing. The guidelines for notability of companies are over at WP:CORP. There's not much in the article yet explaining why the company is notable, and I can't find much online about it (under the new or old name) from independent sources. The Cornerstone OnDemand article, on the other hand asserts endorsements (with references) from three notable tech research companies, and a quick search on Google News yields a great deal of coverage of the company and their product from independent sources. Both articles are rather short at the moment, but can be expanded. Can you find more in-depth coverage of Intellum from WP:Secondary, WP:Reliable sources online showing why it's notable (which is not necessarily the same thing as famous), or are there paper press clippings that you could scan and upload? Please let me know if I can help with this. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 07:47, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- I see your point about the awards & accolades for CornerStone OnDemand, and the sources. And I can definitely see that Cornerstone has more Google News results.
- But, can you tell me why the Bersin & Associates reference, The Brandon Hall Group reference, and the 37signals reference do not come close to signaling a notable organization? I understand that they're not equal, but they're all independent sources. In addition, Bersin & Associates and The Brandon Hall Group are both research organizations.
- I've read the specs a few times, and I can see the scale and why CornerStone OnDemand has better sources, but I'm having trouble understanding why the Intellum, Inc. page isn't notable at all. Independent 3rd parties have definitely covered the company.
- --Medra42 (talk) 13:48, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- It's a bit of a gray area. I don't know anything about the Brandon Hall Group or Bersin & Associates, so can't comment on whether they're independent of the company, etc. Notability just looks a bit borderline so far, as the coverage from reliable, independent sources isn't substantial, and the article could use improvement in that respect. Modified speedy rationale on History of Wingspan Editors
I modified the speedy deletion rationale you placed on History of Wingspan Editors, as substantive content was added to the article after you tagged it and it no longer qualifies under A3. However, the article does appear to be about a group of people with no credible claim to notability; therefore, I have replaced the tag you left with an A7 tag. The article was deleted per A7 a year ago today. —KuyaBriBriTalk 21:15, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

The above article (which falls under BLP) did not contain a single reference when the Speedy delete was nominated, therefore the speedy delete request was valid. GimliDotNet (talk) 11:47, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
- Actually WP:BLPPROD is valid for unreferenced BLPs. But you nominated it for speedy deletion on the grounds Template:Db-person, which should only ever be used for "an article about a real person that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the subject." Please have a read of WP:CSD: it's important to tag for speedy deletion only articles that fall under the speedy deletion criteria. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 11:51, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi Filing Flunky I wanted to let you know, that I am the author of the mentioned book. Danish cuisine
Hello Filing Flunky. Thank you for taking an interest in this article. I am however rather surprised that my main article on New Danish cuisine was deleted before I had a chance to respond. I can assure you that I have absolutely no interest in advertising anything to do with Danish cooking or the restaurants or chefs associated with it. I firmly believe that the article was written objectively with reliable sources. For people outside Denmark to understand how this trend has developed, I tried to give some background on the political support the initiatives of a couple of Danish chefs received. For some reason, someone must have thought this was advertising. Maybe the article contained some superlatives which could have been somewhat toned down but when a restaurant has been listed as the best in the world two years in a row, it is difficult to avoid saying so. I would be interested in having your reactions so that future articles are not deleted without allowing me time to react. - Ipigott (talk) 20:14, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
- Actually I placed a tag at the top of New Danish cuisine, noting that it was written like an advert, but the only response to that was a few new links placed. It's possible though to write a promotional article unintentionally, out of sheer enthusiasm for a subject. If you'd like me to edit your draft copy at User:Ipigott/Sandbox2 for a more WP:Neutral point of view, please do ask. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 22:06, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
- I left a message at the deleting admin's talk page requesting it to be restored given that speedy deletion seems to me to have been excessive. I think a regular AfD would have given the editor the chance to respond and improve. --Elekhh (talk) 23:32, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
- Yes I would definitely have taken it to AFD, had there not been an identical copy in the user's sandbox. But in its current state it reads like pure marketing copy from the Danish tourist board, so definitely didn't belong in mainspace. I've re-written the similar additions on New Danish cuisine that were added to Danish cuisine, but the deleted article needed almost a complete re-write. The useful referenced content remaining in the sandbox copy can be used for the necessary WP:NPOV re-write and added back to mainspace, so no content has been lost, and I don't see what's left for the deleting admin to do. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 07:52, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you both for taking such a reasonable view of the matter. What surprised me most was that I had only been away from Wikipedia for a couple of hours before I saw a message on my talk page inviting me to react but it was already too late: the article already was a red link. In any case, I can understand that for someone who has not been following culinary trends in Scandinavia over the past few years, the article might well look as if it had been written by the Danish tourist board (and I believe there was in fact a link to a VisitDenmark article about the Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen as I could not find the original Michelin source). On the other hand, I think the political history needs to be explained, especially as it was not just Denmark who supported this initiative but food and agriculture ministers from all the Nordic Council countries: Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroes, Greenland and the Aaland Islands. I also realize that it might have been preferable to rewrite the main items from the Manifesto in running prose style but I also thought it important to reproduce the original text. A reference including a link to one of the original versions would probably have been sufficient though. I'm not sure where we go from here. Would you, Filing Flunky like to go ahead with an edited version as you suggested earlier? I could also try to increase objectivity by, for example, including new images from other restaurants and perhaps, with time, expand on developments in the other countries. The alternative would be to condense some of the content and include it in the main Danish cuisine article. Please let me know. (I see that Peridon has not yet reacted. Let's hope he restores the article enabling further editing.) - Ipigott (talk) 09:19, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- Hello and thank you for your helpful reply. May I suggest that we instead work on User:Ipigott/Sandbox2, and get it into shape for copying back to main article space? Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 09:21, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- Done. Have a look at it and let me know whether you think further changes are needed. Feel free to introduce them yourself. I've also left a word on Peridon's page. - Ipigott (talk) 10:46, 13 December 2011 (UTC) (PS. I was surprised to see that the sandbox version had 58 page views yesterday. Better than most new articles!) - Ipigott (talk) 10:56, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- I've added some links and edited for what I believe to be more neutral tone: please let me know what you think. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 12:36, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks very much for all your patience and hard work. Your prompting tags have also been useful. I have been encouraged on my talk page to go into more detail in connection with restaurant trends, for example explaining how some of the historic royal inns have adapted to the new trend and how other restaurants in the provinces are increasingly serving new cuisine dishes. For now, though, I think it is far more important to provide a general overview and I am therefore quite happy to leave the article in its present state for a while. I would also like to see what authentic Danish Wikipedians have to contribute. You included a tag at the top of the draft with a "submit" button. I don't know whether that was intentional or indeed whether I should use it? Normally those whose articles have been deleted are not encouraged to resubmit them - unless I am mistaken. I've also asked Peridon for advice on how to proceed. Hope I have the pleasure of working together with you again some day. - Ipigott (talk) 14:47, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- Happy to have helped: sorry that my communication was far too terse at first. I've learned a useful lesson here. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 15:12, 13 December 2011 (UTC)

Warofdreams
I'm trying to contact Warofdreams about the addition of the British Freedom party in the list of other UK parties and to make her aware that the party does in fact have at least one local councillor(Phil Scott) in West Norfolk, and several whose acquaintance I haven't yet made. I didn't see the revision until after I added the party today and did a check. Sorry but this is all rather new to me:-( The business with the jpeg of Mr choudary was just an experiment which I thought I had undone without saving, but obviously I hadn't. However I believe my sentiments weren't misplaced all the same. Thanks

Anthony, Nairobi: REFERENCES FOR THIS BOOK
- Do I use this book as a reference of itself? This page is based on a book title 'The River Between' by Ngugi wa Thiong'o. Should I use this book as the reference material for the creation and modification of this page?
- Some of the review materials have factual and application contents related to this page, unfortunately they happen to be in the Wikipedia blacklist. What do I do to cite this information?
- An example is the review by Azmi Jahan at EzineArticles.com/?expert=Azmi_Jahan.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Anthony Karani (talk • contribs) 18:35, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
- We need to add WP:Secondary, WP:Reliable sources for the book, but it's also a good idea to cite from the book itself where appropriate. I've just added one reference, and am looking for more. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 18:42, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
Abhishek Kumar
Filing Flunky. I'll give you the news references for Abhishek Kumar soon. You please check them and add. His film is releasing soon. Do you have a personal thing against Abhishek Kumar? There's so many fake actors on wikipedia but you keep deleting the one who's genuine even after there's been proper references? Andrewsymonds12 (talk) 06:26, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
You know what you are doing is Destructive Editing. Instead of finding the facts and making the article more informative, you are deleting it when there's enough references. Andrewsymonds12 (talk) 06:30, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
- If there are articles on Wikipedia about "fake actors", then they should be deleted too. The article you re-created was deleted following an WP:AFD discussion at WP:Articles for deletion/Abhishek Kumar, where the WP:Consensus reached was for deletion on the grounds that he's not notable yet. Your latest re-creation of the article, with a slightly altered title in an attempt to get around the creation block placed by administrators at Abhishek Kumar and Abhishek kumar, contained the same references as the last several you created. When he's notable, an article can be written about him. Until then, please quit trying to re-create the article: it will just get deleted again, and you're creating needless extra work for the administrators. Filing Flunky (talk) 22:01, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
Mind what you say before talking. If you were a responsible "administrator" that you claim to be, you would know I created it as Abhishek Kumar and one of your administrators changed the name to Abhishek Kumar (Actor). I guess you are just Abhishek Venkteshwar's Public Relations Officer who's annoyed that his page wasn't good enough to be put on the net. Get a life dude!! Your adminitrator changed the name. "Do check" and then speak. And what do you know about notability? Haha...look who's talking.
Andrewsymonds12 (talk) 03:27, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not an administrator, and neither is User:Dr meetsingh. He, not an administrator, moved the userspace draft you created at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Abhishek Kumar to the new name, after your undeletion request was turned down. This was evidently a well-meant attempt on Dr meetsingh's part to help someone that he didn't realise was User:Aru2k2005, posting WP:Vanity pages about yourself again under a new account in an attempt to avoid getting blocked for disruptive editing after your User talk:Aru2k2005#Repost of Abhishek kumar. You have apparently abused Dr meetsingh's trust. The problems with the article have already been explained to you here and at the deletion discussion. Please stop re-posting it. Filing Flunky (talk) 07:31, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
HAHA!!! Posting about myself?? Live in the present dude....stop dreaming...obviously you can't be administrator..you're venkteshwar's hired person...you are just free person who's there to delete out references from the articles and delete them. I checked your history. get a life man...there's better things to do in this world. Dr. Meet Singh doesn't think his trust is broken. Its just trying to pretend to be a cool nice guy which you are not. Go take off your mask and be responsible of editing articles on wikipedia. It's not your home or your territory. Lol funny people here man. Andrewsymonds12 (talk) 07:56, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
Couldn't see?? This is your last warning. IMDB is not a great source as you said and the articles on the internet don't have the names of the actors you are adding. Stop making these irresponsible changes to articles. Didn't you see the explaination I wrote?????? Stop lying on the talk pages. you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Andrewsymonds12 (talk) 16:27, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
- Your "deletion warning" to me is wholly inappropriate, since you not only deleted my IMDB reference, but also the perfectly valid Times of India reference. Please WP:Do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point Your disruptive editing and edit-warring is going to get you blocked by an admin. Filing Flunky (talk) 22:13, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

Beny Steinmetz
Hi Filing Flunky, I hope this gets to you as I'm finding wikipedia very confusing as a new member. I'm responding to your comment re my changes to your entry on Beny Steinmetz. Sorry not to contact you in advance but I was sure how to do that, no offence was intended. There are a number of factual errors in your article:
Beny is not CEO of the BSG group, he has no executive role beyond being an advisor
He is not CEO of Simfer, which is 95% owned by Rio Tinto - a rival of BSGR as BSGR acquired 50% of Rio's Simandou project in Guinea after Rio was forced to relinquish it by the Govt of Guinea. As far as I'm aware he has never been connected to Simfer
DiamondWorks is not a partner of BSG. BSGR has owned Koidu 100% since Feb 2007. BSG entered Koidu via a JV with Energem in 2003. I suggest that DiamondWorks' involvement pre-dates Energem and therefore BSG.
He does not personally own Cunico. BSGR and a company called IMR jointly own Cunico
He never owned Katanga. He was one of the founders and shareholders of Nikanor plc which was listed in London but then acquired by Katanga Mining in Jan 2008 - Beny's involvement ended with that acquisition.
I'm not sure about STI and Scorpio but have not heard of them in connection to BSG.
Beny is a resident of Switzerland not Israel.
Hence my changes, although I acknowledge that I probably haven't referenced the information correctly as I've not posted on Wikipedia before.

Lockbox for Keys Verse Real-Estate Lock Box
I mulled over whether to edit Real-Estate Lock Box or start a new topic and decided that the title Real-Estate Lock Box was too limited since lock boxes aren't just for the real estate industry. Since I'm new I wasn't sure which was the best way to go. What do you think would be best? Also, thank you for letting me know about the Google Cites, I will keep that in mind for the future.

Maybe it should be re-titled as Key Safe? Is there an easy way to do that?--EOHeat (talk) 07:21, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
- We can rename it with a WP:Page move, but let's put some thought into the best name for this, so we don't leave too many redirects lying around. What is the most common usage for this type of product, both in the US and in the rest of the English-speaking world? Might take a bit of digging to find that out. What are they used for, apart from realtors in the US? Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 17:50, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for your help, looks like another editor deleted it, so I'll rework it and give more thought about the name and try again. --EOHeat (talk) 22:14, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

One Beautiful World - up for Speedy Deletion
Hello, a page I'd created, One Beautiful World, has been marked for deletion. I'm somewhat new at this, and ask that you push the page off Wiki and into a draft area where I can continue to bring it up to standard. I'm not quite sure where the article is lacking, can you point me to some reading where I can get smart on Wiki standards? Much thanks .. Glenn G H Smith (talk) 15:16, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
- Hello, I've posted some links to your user talk page to get you started. The article was deleted by an administrator, User:DGG: if you ask them, I'm sure they'll be glad to restore the deleted article to a WP:Subpage of your user page so you can work on it for as long as you like. Please feel free to ask here if I can be of any help with it. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 15:33, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Re. vandalism at foodborne illness
Is there any known good revision we can keep going back to? I'm doing my best to fix them, but with so many edit conflicts, it's difficult to do fast enough. A lot of the reverts have missed parts of the vandalism that were done consecutively, so it's not safe to revert back to them. dalahäst (talk) 22:45, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
- 09:01, 17 December 2011, as far as I can tell. Thanks! Filing Flunky (talk) 22:45, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
- Hurray, it's been protected. dalahäst (talk) 22:48, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
Category:Football in Goa
Hello I would just like to ask why you merged the category Football in Goa with the category Football in India becuase I was planning on adding many other things relating to football in the state of Goa in that category. I will wait for your reply before recreating the category. Cheers. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 11:40, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
- Hello: only because the category didn't exist yet. Sorry if that wasn't helpful of me: I'll create Category:Football in Goa now, as I can see it's definitely needed. Thanks! Filing Flunky (talk) 15:37, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
- Done, and populated with about a dozen articles and sub-categories so far. Hope that's useful. Filing Flunky (talk) 15:48, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks mate! You are now an official helper to the Indian Football Wikipedia Pages Project, hahaha but really thank you very much mate. Cheers. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 19:39, 24 December 2011 (UTC)

Mathematicians: criteria of notability
Each person you mentioned in my talk was an invited speaker at International_Congress_of_Mathematicians (in different years, Victor Ivrii twice)) which alone seem to meet such criteria and as a reliable and secondary source I put Official List of Speaker 1887-present day. I definitely can add the titles of their talks.
Some of them are also Fellows of Royal Society of Canada which could be verified on Member Search; by some reason full list is not available. Several are also Killam Fellows List of Killam Fellows and I believe that each of these meets such criteria.
I can research about their scientific contributions but it will not be fast. Kot Obormot (talk) 23:14, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
- They do sound notable, thanks for the explanation. No rush on this: please let me know if I can help find references. Filing Flunky (talk) 20:11, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification
Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Association for Promotion of Creative Learning Conflict of Interest
Thanks - Filing Flunky for your comments on the page - Association for Promotion of Creative Learning. Yes, I am associated with the organisation, however, not officially. I think my knowledge about the organisation would be critical in writing a fair thesis on the same. In my opinion, unless there is a fair contradiction that an editor can point out, it would be probably unfair to ask a contributor not to contribute articles on Wikipedia. Please suggest as to whether I should continue editing the article or leave it entirely. I can do both. — Preceding unsigned comment added by H mayank (talk • contribs) 15:45, 26 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for your reply. The tone is rather promotional at the moment: it may be difficult for you to write objectively about an organization for which you have such evident enthusiasm. You might like to have a read of WP:Neutral point of view for tips on how to word descriptions in a more neutral way. Thanks, Filing Flunky (talk) 16:07, 26 December 2011 (UTC)

Great vandal fighting, catching the User:Ajinkyadon3 vandal account, and finding the Facebook page that documented everything. Awesome work! Best regards, Cind.amuse (Cindy) 16:39, 26 December 2011 (UTC) |

Hi there! In most cases, instead of tagging, you can actually simply redirect the page to the other, existing article and save the content from deletion outright. This is often what the page creator intends to do (i.e. copying and pasting old content to a new page title thinking it is redirecting the new page title). Thanks for your hard work! — Joseph Fox 09:14, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
- OK, will do, thanks. Filing Flunky (talk) 09:15, 27 December 2011 (UTC)

I'd request you to review First Step Back Home as I have expanded the article with 2 new sections and enough references from secondary sources. could you provide your feedback on it, or consider removing the header notation regarding Notability.
