Regarding your recent edit on New Super Mario Bros.

[edit]

Hello Fehrpat,

Upon review of your edit on the article New Super Mario Bros. on the 8th of April, 2017, at 20:19, I've noticed that you added a 'Not to be confused with...' variable. As New Super Mario Bros. is a featured article, every edit is met with much scrutiny. This is why I have decided (as a Nintendo taskforce rep) to revert such edit. I would never revert and edit without reason, so here are my reasons for reverting the edit.

  • New Super Mario Bros. is not able to be confused with New Super Mario Bros. Wii, New Super Mario Bros. 2 or New Super Mario Bros. U. They all have clear name endings, and oneself would have to be pretty dim to not be able to correlate name endings properly.
  • Neither New Super Mario Bros. Wii, New Super Mario Bros. 2 or New Super Mario Bros. U have such 'not to be confused with...' variables.

Don't be disheartened! I am only taking such actions because New Super Mario Bros. is one of the best Nintendo articles here -- as such it has been featured. If you'd like to challenge this reversion, please do it on my talk page, found here. (Please be civil if you are doing so.) Thanks, and no hard feelings.

Recent years

[edit]

In regard your recent edits to recent years (2002–2017), please read WP:RY. Alrhough no longer a guideline, it is still considered a "best practice". First and last episodes of (US, English, French, ...) television shows are rarely sufficiently notable. Individual games and game companies are even less likely. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 05:49, 29 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've reverted your changes twice because we're using the official US Census estimates for populations as of July 1, 2016. We don't update one city until the entire list is updated with the following year's estimate. Thanks. APK whisper in my ear 02:15, 9 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ring road, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Interstate 275 (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
