As I said at WP:REFUND, this page was deleted by the WP:Proposed deletion process, which means it can be automatically restored on request. You are therefore quite entitled to move it back to the main encyclopedia space now, if you wish. However, in its present state it would certainly be nominated at WP:Articles for deletion, which would start a debate lasting seven days to which you would be welcome to contribute. It would be best to improve it before restoring it.

What the article needs is more references to establish Wikipedia:Notability. That is Wikipedia's name for its inclusion criterion, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people independent of the subject thought him important and significant enough to write substantial comment about? See WP:42 and WP:Notability (people), particularly the section WP:CREATIVE.

Notability is not "inherited" by being related to notable people, or friends with them; the subject needs notability in his own right.

There is good general advice at WP:Your first article.
