Has a clear structure: Looks good with headlines "Tencha" and "Health Effects of Tencha", directs us to what you are going to be talking about and the paragraphs within the headlines match and do not go off topic.

Balanced coverage: The sentence "Drinking and brewing tencha is traditionally prohibited by the Japanese Tea Ceremony" at the end of the first headline seems to be unnecessary there, or it could use more information to back it up.
