There are comments in the edit view of the article that clearly state not to copy the list because of copyright issues. There is also a discussion on the talk page that explains the rationale behind limiting the display to ten. Nomination of The 100 Greatest Singers of All Time for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article The 100 Greatest Singers of All Time is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
